Entering the competition is now closed

We will be judging beginning the morning of Friday May 16th. We will be at the hall at 8:00 am to set-up. Judging starts at 10:30am. If you are stewarding and can help set up we need the help. If you are stewarding and judging the 10:30, please arrive by 10 am. Two to three flights will be completed depending on Judge attendance. We begin judging Saturday morning at 9 am for an additional two flights and the BOS. Flights will end on Saturday about 3pm with the BOS round ending about 4:30pm.

Winners will be announced LIVE at the Brewers Night Out Banquet beginning at 6:30 at the Center for Tomorrow. MAP

Score sheets and certificates will be available at the banquet and may be picked-up by attendees of the banquet. Attendees may pick-up score sheets and awards for friends and club members (signature and ID will be required)

Awards will be announced on this site and the NYSHOTY website by Sunday night.
