Overlooking the Niagara River, this is a party of extreme brewing. Members bring out their best combat brewing equipment and brew from 5 to 50 gallons each. It's a great way to learn how to brew or just help out, drink good beer, eat good food and have fun all day.

Saturday, September 29th, 2007 Picnic of the year! The brew clubs come together for a day of family fun. Good beer and good food lay the foundation for a great day. Read about it here.

 Once the dust settles from the Holiday season, NAH gets together for a semi-formal. The best food and beer of the season is shared. The Gourmet members get together the night before to create the famous NAH Turduckens. mmmm...its fowl in a good way.

 One of the largest and best known homebrew competitions in the US. It is known for the high standard of judging and the quality of the score sheets. It also has some of the best prizes offered for a local competition.

 The best Brewer's Banquet around. Held directly after the second day of competition judging, this banquet honors all the winners of the competition. There's nothing like the cheers from your fellow brewers for a beer well made. Don't miss this.

The Amber Waves of Grain Homebrew competition is only a couple of short weeks away. More information is on the Amber Waves of Grain Web Page . The official date for entry is past, however, please contact the Registrar to see if your entry can be accepted late. The Brewers Night Out Awards Banquet is on May 17th on the University at Buffalo North Campus. The Masters of Ceremony this year are Flying Bison owner and Master Brewer, Tim Herzog and Niagara Falls Mayor, Paul Dyster. Tickets are available on the Amber Waves of Grain website. |
