The annual Brew at the Bison is Saturday, October 22nd starting at 8 am. Friends and family are welcome.
There is no beer theme, brew any style. Well…except SteinBier, we are not cleared to build open fire pits at the brewery.
We are making a club Frankenbier as an experiment. Each brewer will contribute a quart of their brews wort, pre-chill to the “cauldron”. A Frankenmeister will finish the beer for a future tasting.
